Notes 50 Rescue began its life as an ambulance with the City of Calgary (veh #2502). It was written off in a collision and sold to Redwood Meadows, where the membership repaired and refurbished the unit. The vehicle was recertified as a fire apparatus once it was made roadworthy, repainted, and has been in service since. This apparatus responds with a crew of two to six personnel, depending on the response required.
