This holiday trailer rolled over on Highway 1 in high wind conditions coming home from the Heritage Day long weekend.
There were no injuries, but the trailer was heavily damaged by the crash.
The truck stayed upright, but the hitch assembly buckled and twisted.
In the effort to right the trailer, we used airbags and these devices - known as tension buttresses - to try to control the trailer's movement.
There were no other hazards and no other vehicles involved.
The occupants were lucky to escape injury - an out of control trailer can easily cause the tow vehicle to flip over along with it.
