Employees of a house moving company found themselves in a bind when the supports under the house gave way, trapping a worker beneath the building.
After assessment by 71 Pump and 50 Station, as well as Medic 511 from Cochrane, both the STAR-1 trauma helicopter and the Calgary Fire Department HUSAR team were brought in.
A post-rescue view of the shoring the HUSAR teams set up in order to safely access the patient.
Crews from all agencies worked together to access, extricate, and remove the patient, going in through a hole cut in the floor of the house.
