This car rolled over on Highway 1 at the interchange with Highway 68. Here, fire crews assess and gather information after the patient was cared for.
A number of emergency responders work at roadside for this incident. This is a good time to remind folks that there is now a law in Alberta wherein you must slow to 60 kph or the posted speed, whichever is slower, when passing an emergency vehicle or tow truck with its lights flashing. If you don't, the fines are doubled for any infractions you incur!
Crews put the patient inside 50 Rescue to keep them out of the elements prior to the ambulance's arrival.
