What are you doing this summer?

Fire Cadet Camp is an exciting opportunity for local teens 14 -17 to experience what it's like to be a Firefighter. Upon arrival at camp, Cadets will be assigned to their Platoon for the week and recive their equipment. Throughout the week Cadets will cover a variety of Training Topics.

Registration

Due to the specialized nature of Fire Cadet Camp, spaces are limited to 12 Cadets per week of camp. Spots will fill up fast so visit the side bar to register today. Registration is filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Registration Fee: $300 per person

Once registration forms are submitted, an email confirming the registration will be sent along with a Camp Package including more information on supplies required, a medical information form and liability waiver.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 1 month prior to the start date will be eligable for a full refund of the registration fees.
  • Cancelations received up to 7 days prior to the start date will be eligable for a 50% refund of registration fees.
  • Cancelations received less than 7 days prior to the start date will not be eligable for a refund.

Level I Camp: Monday July 18, 2016 - Friday July 22, 2016

Level ​I ​camp ​is ​for ​first ​time ​attendees ​to ​our ​program. ​During ​your ​week ​at ​camp ​you'll ​learn ​skills ​like:

  • ​​Fire ​Extinguishers
  • ​​Search ​& ​Rescue
  • ​​Hoses ​& ​Hydrants
  • ​​Vehicle ​Extrication
  • ​​Emergency ​First ​Aid ​/ ​CPR-A
  • Physical Fitness
  • ​​Teambuilding
  • ​​Leadership

Cadets ​come ​to ​camp ​daily ​from ​8:30am ​- ​4:30pm ​and ​on ​Thursday ​camp ​out ​overnight ​near ​the ​river ​with ​dinner ​and ​breakfast ​cooked ​by ​their ​platoon ​leaders ​over ​the ​open ​fire.

On ​Friday ​we ​invite ​the ​Cadet's ​family ​to ​join ​us ​at ​3:30pm ​for ​a ​graduation ​ceremony, ​where ​cadets ​will ​be ​provided ​with ​their ​certificates ​and ​recognition ​of ​their ​hard ​work ​throughout ​the ​week.

Level II Camp: Monday July 25, 2016 - Friday July 29, 2016

Level ​II ​camp ​is ​for ​Cadets ​returning ​for ​their ​second ​year. ​During ​your ​week ​at ​camp ​you'll ​learn ​skills ​like:

  • ​ ​Hazardous ​Materials ​Response
  • ​ ​​Fire ​Suppression
  • ​ ​​Advanced ​Search ​& ​Rescue
  • ​ ​​Operating ​the ​Fire ​Pump
  • ​ ​​Advanced ​Vehicle ​Extrication
  • ​ ​​Upgrade ​to ​Standard ​First ​Aid ​/ ​CPR-C
  •  Physical Fitness
  • ​ ​​Teambuilding
  • ​ ​​Leadership
  • ​ ​​Mentorship

  • Ventilation
  • ​​Sprinklers
  • Firefighter ​Survival
  • Interior Digital Fire Attack
  • Physical Fitness
  • ​​Teambuilding
  • ​​Leadership
  • ​​Mentorship
