Telus has informed town site that the service disruption to land lines that affected a number of costumers in Redwood Meadows, including the Town Site office and the Fire Department has been resolved.
If you are still experiencing problems, please call Telus directly at 310-3100 to report the problem.
Due to a damaged Telus cable, our phone and fax lines are (intermittently) down as are most other Telus customers in Redwood Meadows, including the Town Site office.
At this moment it is unclear how long this service interruption might be and some estimates range from a day to a few days as Telus works hard to restore the damaged cable.
Cell service still works as normal in the area. If you have an emergency dial 9-1-1 from a cell phone if your landline does not work. As always, have your address ready for the 9-1-1 operator.
RMES is proud to host a Car Seat Clinic. A Certified Child Restraint Safety Technicians will provide one-on-one seat education and installation.
